How long does an appointment take?

All appointments take 2-3 hours, so please schedule accordingly.

What happens if I don't show to my appointment?

No call/no shows will be charged full price and will not be permitted to schedule future appointments.

When is my remaining payment due?

Remaining payments are due after services are completed.

Do I have to wash my hair prior to my appointment?

No. Your hair does not have to be washed, but it MUST be detangled prior to arriving for your appointment.

Can I have a discount?

Prices are NON NEGOTIABLE. Price haggling will result in declined future appointments.

Do you offer refunds?

Under no circumstances will any refunds be issued for a service completed.

Do you offer same day appointments?

Same day appointments are not accepted unless there is a conversation approving the following (all appointments must be made 48 hours in advance):

  • Your hair is washed upon arrival with all services
  • To respectfully cancel/reschedule your appointment it must be 24 hours in advance of your appointed time. If appointment is not cancelled within that time frame you will be charged 50% of your service.
  • Please understand that if you do not show up to your appointment in addition to No Communication, this will result in being charged full price of service & will not be permitted to schedule future appointments.

Do you offer braid take downs/detangle?

I do NOT offer braid take downs/detangle. If you’re removing braids (i.e. Knotless Braids, Box Braids) prior to your appointment please be sure to detangle your hair as this will result in an extreme detangle service fee.

Please take note that if there is an extreme detangling needed at your service there will be an increase of $30 to your services
